Proposal Writer I (Pharmaceutical Commercialization)

Location: Yardley, Pennsylvania, USA; eligible for hire in select U.S. locations

Salary: USD 55,000–70,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage proposal development timelines, deliverables, and internal deadlines across diverse departments.
• Research and prepare responses to Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals.
• Create and edit client-ready proposals and related documents based on requirements, discussions, and sales strategy.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, subject-matter experts, senior leaders, and other contributors.
• Maintain department tracking and update Salesforce as required.
• Communicate project status and escalate potential issues to department directors and senior management.

Requirements

• Ability to understand complex concepts and apply them to specific functions and tasks.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical development and commercialization, with previous industry-related experience.
• Strong writing, editing, synthesis, content management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contributors, deadlines, and deliverables while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Experience with content management systems, proposal automation tools, knowledge libraries, or similar platforms.
• Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of experience in pharmaceutical development or commercialization.
