What you will do

• Maintain the database of active insurance agents and process new setups and updates.
• Compile weekly and monthly marketing department reports.
• Maintain and update insurance product catalogs for each state where the company operates.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing, formatting, and editing documents.
• Coordinate information releases and distribute sales, training, and marketing materials to insurance agents.
• Handle general office duties and build positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to adapt and respond in a rapidly evolving business environment.
• Self-starter mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
