TL;DR
Senior AI Engineer (AI/Quality Engineering): Building and extending a unified AI-augmented Quality Engineering framework with an accent on AI orchestration, test automation, MLOps, CI/CD, and governance. Focus on implementing intelligent test generation, MCP-based enterprise integrations, self-healing capabilities, and Governance-as-Code with reusable prompts and instruction sets.

What you will do
- Extend the Pyautocore framework with AI-enabled automation capabilities.
- Design and implement a unified AI-augmented Quality Engineering framework.
- Develop reusable instruction sets, prompt templates, and patterns for AI-assisted test generation.
- Build an AI orchestration service for controlled interaction with approved AI models.
- Implement MCP-based integrations with enterprise systems and configure approved MCP connectors.
- Enable AI-assisted test design, analysis, optimization, automation, and reusable platform adoption.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in test automation, Quality Engineering, and automation framework development.
- Strong programming experience with Python or another modern programming language.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies, AI-assisted development, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol and enterprise AI integrations.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, MLOps, AI governance, and reusable version-controlled AI artefacts.
