Junior Firewall/Network Security Engineer

What you will do

• Implement traditional firewall rules and network micro-segmentation technologies.
• Code and manage security rules in Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.
• Support network security operations in an IT production environment.
• Manage requests, incidents, changes, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the project team in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Less than 3 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of network micro-segmentation and firewall rule implementation.
• Knowledge of NSX-T/VCF9 network environments, Palo Alto, or Fortinet.
• Experience with IT production processes, including requests, incidents, changes, and documentation.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English or French and English is required.
• Good communication, teamwork, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a demanding environment.
