Web Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design of website, landing page, and purchase-flow experiences.
• Craft clear, trustworthy, conversion-focused user flows.
• Collaborate with marketers, product managers, engineers, copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, and QA specialists from concept through launch.
• Use AI tools to prototype ideas, test hypotheses, generate design variants, and personalize visitor experiences.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and iterate based on data.
• Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to identify visitor hesitation and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Generalist experience across user research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Daily experience using AI tools in the design workflow.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for browser prototyping and engineering collaboration.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting decisions, receiving feedback, and challenging ideas when needed.
• Experience with analytics and testing tools such as Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar, plus a portfolio demonstrating process, thinking, and outcomes.
