TL;DR
UI/UX Design Trainee (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch): Creating digital product interfaces and building practical design skills through real projects, with an accent on UX processes, responsive design, prototyping, and design systems. Focus on conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers under experienced design mentorship.
Location: Applications are open in Georgia. Candidates from Tbilisi and Batumi attend the program in the office; participants from other cities across Georgia can join online.
Salary: Up to 1325 GEL per month before taxes during the traineeship; no scholarship is provided.

What you will do
- Develop UI/UX design skills through a five-month intensive traineeship.
- Work on real projects under the guidance of experienced designers.
- Apply research, wireframing, prototyping, and design system practices.
- Design responsive interfaces based on user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with developers and participate in regular design reviews.
- Build a professional portfolio and prepare for a commercial project.
Requirements
- English at Intermediate+ level or higher for verbal communication.
- Completed UI/UX Design courses.
- Confident use of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.
- A portfolio on Behance, Dribbble, or another platform.
- Understanding of UX processes, interface design principles, and responsive design.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work with feedback.
Nice to have
- German at Intermediate level or higher.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience conducting UX research.
