Responsible Gaming Analyst Student (iGaming)

What you will do

• Monitor players identified through responsible gambling tools, alerts and operational feedback.
• Analyse player behaviour, assess risk levels and establish follow-up plans for at-risk players.
• Contact players using approved responsible gambling procedures and apply intervention pathways such as limits, guidance and referrals.
• Act as an escalation point for Customer Service and Risk & Fraud, assessing cases and determining next steps.
• Use profiling software and dashboards, monitor tool effectiveness, and provide feedback on alerts and workflows.
• Maintain auditable case documentation, support reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement across responsible gambling practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Responsible Gambling, Customer Service, Risk & Fraud or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of responsible gambling principles and player protection.
• Understanding of local gambling regulations and GDPR.
• Comfort working with data tools and dashboards.
• Fluent English and the language of the assigned market are required.
