Recruitment Marketing Consultant (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated recruitment marketing campaigns to attract and engage jobseekers.
• Plan, manage, and optimize media campaigns and business-as-usual media activity across client portfolios.
• Manage campaign and media budgets, relationships with media partners, and continuous improvements to media publishing capabilities.
• Implement campaign tracking and measurement, including web analysis, KPI reporting, and ROI evaluation.
• Work with account, Brand, Technology, Candidate Generation, and agency teams to deliver operational improvements.
• Build relationships with senior internal and client stakeholders and support strategic initiatives and change programs.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of commercial marketing experience.
• Experience creating and executing marketing strategies, improving processes, reporting, and implementing new technology in an agency, RPO, or in-house environment.
• Experience with media strategy and buying, omnichannel marketing, and complex projects with changing parameters.
• Track record of managing senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to deliver concise and creative communications across multiple mediums.
• Ability to turn new ideas and technologies into practical client solutions.

Nice to have

• Digital marketing experience.
• Exposure to complex matrix-driven organizations with multiple brands or locations.
