AI Product Engineer

What you will do

• Gather and clarify business requirements with stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and define success metrics.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, data models, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and drive AI agents using prompting, tool and function calling, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Build and iterate full-stack MVPs, including frontend, backend, APIs, and data components.
• Deploy, monitor, maintain, and optimize production solutions, including CI/CD, observability, cost, and performance.
• Manage requirements, prioritization, traceability, validation, backlog facilitation, user feedback, testing, and functional improvements across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven full-stack development experience with Python or Node for backend and React or a similar frontend framework.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs.
• Practical experience with prompt design, RAG, and tool or function integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs and working with relational or vector databases.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent evaluation, observability tools, and guardrails.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and prompt versioning.
• Familiarity with GDPR, data privacy, and security requirements.
• Experience in telecom or large-enterprise product environments.
• Experience taking AI-powered products from business idea to production.
