TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (HawkAI) (Java/TypeScript/React/AWS): Building first-pass applications and services on top of machine learning models and real-time sports data pipelines with an accent on full-stack delivery, low-latency APIs, and 2D data visualization. Focus on designing build-from-zero products, integrating ML services, deploying AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and solving high-throughput streaming challenges.
Location: Hybrid working in Budapest, Hungary, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy first-pass applications and services powered by the HawkAI Engine.
- Translate machine learning models and real-time data pipelines into responsive, high-throughput APIs and user interfaces.
- Build high-performance interfaces for streaming and visualizing 2D sports data with minimal latency.
- Own early-stage application delivery across AWS infrastructure, CI/CD deployment, and frontline product delivery.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic development tools while maintaining human oversight of architecture and data integrity.
Requirements
- Senior-level full-stack experience across backend, frontend, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Java, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying cloud solutions on AWS.
- Production CI/CD experience with Docker and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with data streaming, processing, and 2D rendering engine tools.
- Ability to build APIs and microservices integrating ML models and to write high-quality, testable, maintainable code.
Nice to have
- Experience with PixiJS or React Native.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, SQL, Redis/Valkey, or Terraform.
- Experience building or working alongside agentic AI systems.
