QA Automation Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; 3 days in the office and 2 days from home or another suitable location.

Salary: €3,600–€6,000 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Drive, maintain, and improve the automated end-to-end testing suite.
• Perform manual feature testing and expand automated regression coverage across mobile and web platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve testability and support quality throughout the SDLC.
• Contribute to automation in complex and evolving areas, including AI-related projects.
• Introduce testing methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve test coverage.
• Support and maintain test infrastructure across systems and components.

Requirements

• Solid experience with UI test automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Proactivity and ownership in improving testing and automation processes.
• Professional fluency in Lithuanian and strong spoken and written English.

• Experience testing mobile applications.
