Assistant Producer (Game Development)

Location: On-site in the Brighton/Hove area, United Kingdom; willingness to relocate or commute is required.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, plus a performance-related bonus.

What you will do

• Track development tasks with cross-discipline teams.
• Support communication between departments and help identify efficiencies and risks.
• Help drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Collect screenshots and videos for submissions and play new content.
• Coordinate and implement localization.
• Maintain Confluence and production documentation.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience in the games industry.
• Valid UK working visa and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Passion for production and games, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Jira, Confluence, and content pipeline experience are useful but not essential.

Nice to have

• Experience with Early Access titles or live operations.
