Site Reliability Engineer – Senior (Go)

Location: Georgia, Poland, or Serbia

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve production incidents across multiple services and external integrations.
• Perform deep debugging using logs, traces, metrics, and database queries to identify root causes.
• Tune system performance, including PostgreSQL queries, caching, and service behavior under load.
• Operate Kubernetes environments, including deployments, configuration, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Improve observability through metrics, logging, and tracing with Grafana and the ELK stack.
• Build Go-based internal tooling and automation, and troubleshoot Kafka and RabbitMQ messaging issues.

Requirements

• Solid experience reading and writing production code in Go.
• Strong debugging skills across services, logs, and data layers.
• Experience with PostgreSQL query analysis, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience with kubectl, deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Grafana, Kibana/ELK, logs, metrics, tracing, Redis, Kafka, and/or RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of distributed systems under load and experience handling production incidents independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-load or real-time systems.
• Experience with Sportsbook or betting platforms.
