TL;DR
Material Planner (MRP/ERP): Ensuring reliable production through material planning, supplier coordination, and inventory optimization with an accent on demand and supply alignment, service levels, and working capital. Focus on executing MRP, expediting critical materials, resolving supply issues, monitoring supplier and inventory KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.

Location: Onsite in Stryama, Plovdiv, Bulgaria

What you will do

  • Execute MRP and release purchase orders to support production schedules.
  • Expedite critical materials and optimize inventory by reducing excess and obsolete stock through root cause analysis and KPI monitoring.
  • Manage supplier relationships and replenishment processes, resolve urgent supply issues, and follow up on invoices and supplier payments.
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to maintain continuity of delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and working capital improvement through daily material reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent English communication.
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous; approximately 2 years is listed as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of material planning modules within ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Interest in learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
