What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of Australian SME clients end-to-end.
• Prepare accurate and compliant BAS and IAS lodgements.
• Maintain clean, reconciled financial records.
• Produce reliable monthly management reports and clear financial insights.
• Act as a trusted accounting partner through direct client communication and advisory support.
• Collaborate with Australian tax professionals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
• Strong BAS, GST, and Australian compliance experience.
• Advanced Xero skills.
• Experience managing Australian SME clients end-to-end.
• Confident verbal and written client communication.
• Senior-level candidates should be comfortable reviewing work and providing deeper financial insights.

• Experience preparing corporate tax returns.
