Compliance Specialist (Client Onboarding)

What you will do

• Conduct KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence reviews for new B2B clients.
• Assess corporate structures, management, ownership, control, and supporting documentation.
• Research corporate and individual information using public registries and databases.
• Perform PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screening, document findings, and assess compliance risks.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and records throughout the client lifecycle, including periodic reviews.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, and Compliance teams while improving onboarding procedures and documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in KYC, KYB, client onboarding, or corporate due diligence within iGaming, payments, or fintech.
• Good understanding of KYC, KYB, customer due diligence, PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screening principles.
• Ability to review international corporate documents and complex structures.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple onboarding cases, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish.
• ICA, CAMS, or equivalent professional certification.
