Collection Team Leader (Supervisor)

hirify.global is a growing fintech business operating in digital lending, BNPL, and consumer finance.

What you will do

• Hire, train, onboard, and supervise Collections Agents.
• Set daily and weekly targets and manage attendance, productivity, and team KPIs.
• Coach agents, provide performance feedback, and address underperformance.
• Oversee collection activities across assigned DPD stages, including customer contacts, PTPs, escalations, and recovery results.
• Conduct quality checks, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with approved procedures and regulations.
• Use CRM, dialer, and collection systems while identifying operational issues and improving workflows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in collections or related credit operations.
• Hands-on experience managing or coaching Collections Agents.
• Good understanding of collection processes and key collection KPIs.
• Experience with CRM, dialer, or collection management systems.
• Strong communication, people-management, ownership, and results-oriented skills.
• English: B2 or higher required.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Experience in fintech, digital lending, BNPL, consumer finance, or online lending.
