Senior Level Artist (Tom Clancy's The Division 3)

Massive Entertainment is a AAA game development studio in Malmö and part of hirify.global, developing Tom Clancy’s The Division 3 and other major games with the proprietary Snowdrop engine.

What you will do

• Create gameplay spaces and visually compelling AAA game worlds using the Snowdrop engine.
• Develop environmental storytelling through set dressing.
• Distribute 3D props and assets to achieve strong composition and gameplay readability.
• Build 3D environment scenes from concept art and reference imagery.
• Collaborate with Level Design and Tech Art to meet gameplay and performance requirements.
• Share knowledge and provide constructive feedback to teammates and potential interns.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an Environment Artist or Level Artist.
• Experience participating in at least one AAA game development cycle.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals, composition, color theory, and lighting.
• Technical knowledge of 3D packages, texturing packages, and game engines.
• Solid understanding of workflows for creating PBR-ready assets.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, autonomy, and effective communication.
