TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure): Designing, automating, and hardening Azure environments and CI/CD pipelines for mission-critical AI and fintech platforms with an accent on infrastructure as code, container orchestration, monitoring, and security. Focus on building resilient multi-environment infrastructure, managing AKS-based workloads, and meeting performance, compliance, and reliability requirements for financial-services clients.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and fintech applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Own infrastructure as code across development, staging, and production environments using Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep.
- Manage Docker and Kubernetes/AKS workloads supporting AI model deployment and data pipelines.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain platform reliability and security.
- Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, and client technical teams to deliver resilient, compliant environments.
- Contribute to DevOps standards, tooling, and best practices across multiple projects.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience with strong Microsoft Azure expertise, including AKS, Azure DevOps, App Services, Azure Functions, networking, and Key Vault.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Infrastructure-as-code expertise with Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep, plus scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring or observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Fluent English is required; Greek is an advantage. Client engagement, ownership, collaboration, and the ability to manage concurrent projects are expected.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI/ML or data-platform environments, including Databricks, ML pipelines, or data lakes.
- Azure certification such as AZ-400 or AZ-104.
- Greek language skills.
