Senior DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automation solutions with PowerShell, Python using FastAPI, and Java.
• Build and maintain backend APIs and integrations with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Automate identity and access management, user lifecycle processes, and administrative workflows.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support enterprise applications and cloud-based services.
• Improve platform security, quality, observability, and operational practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and Linux environments.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Workflows, and GitOps practices.
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, integrations, security best practices, monitoring, and observability.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and customer-focused skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with banking-related processes.
• German language knowledge.
