TL;DR
Bioinformatics Research Associate (Functional Genomics): Analyzing high-throughput genomics and functional genomics data from large patient cohorts to characterize osteoarthritis-associated non-coding genomic regions with an accent on multi-omics integration, functional annotation, and polygenic risk scores. Focus on building bioinformatic pipelines, interpreting Hi-C, CUT&RUN, ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, and single-cell RNA-seq data, and identifying gene-regulatory mechanisms and therapeutic targets.

Location: Oxford Road, Manchester, United Kingdom
