Senior Analytics Consultant (Power BI)

What you will do

• Lead client discovery and solutioning by framing business problems and proposing analytics and visualization approaches.
• Define KPI frameworks, information hierarchies, semantic models, and dashboard logic aligned with business needs.
• Design and hands-on develop executive and tactical Power BI dashboards and reports focused on clarity, performance, and business relevance.
• Drive reporting governance and transfer analytics best practices to client teams.
• Translate exploratory analysis into visual narratives that non-technical stakeholders can use for decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers, and data scientists.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience, including client-facing or advisory work.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including semantic modeling, DAX, report development, and deployment pipelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL, dbt, or Spark for data extraction and processing.
• Hands-on experience using LLM tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT in analytical or consulting work.
• Strong business acumen, structured analytical thinking, client ownership, and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, plus a degree in business, economics, engineering, statistics, computer science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Subject-matter expertise in retail, banking and finance, or telecommunications.
• Experience in Big4 or top-tier consulting, CxO-level enterprise support, generative AI or machine learning projects.
• Familiarity with data management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
