ERP Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Ypsonas, Cyprus (hybrid)

What you will do

• Own product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development for the internal ERP platform.
• Collect and evaluate requests from Operations, Business Development, Customer Support, Back Office, Accounting, and other stakeholders.
• Identify underlying user problems through interviews, workflow analysis, observation, and discovery sessions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user pain, operational efficiency, and implementation complexity.
• Identify and automate repetitive operational and business processes.
• Partner with Delivery and internal teams to ensure new customer-facing features are supported by the required data, workflows, tools, and controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of product priorities and independent product decisions.
• Experience with internal products, enterprise systems, CRM, ERP, back-office platforms, operational tooling, or similar products.
• Strong product discovery, backlog management, roadmap development, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Ability to identify underlying problems, challenge requests constructively, and make value-based trade-offs.
• Strong analytical mindset, ownership, independence, and ability to work in an ambiguous environment.

Hiring process
