ERP Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Ypsonas, Cyprus (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Own product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development for the internal ERP platform.
• Collect and evaluate requests from Operations, Business Development, Customer Support, Back Office, Accounting, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct user interviews, workflow analysis, observation, and discovery sessions to identify underlying problems.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user pain, operational efficiency, and implementation complexity.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational and business processes.
• Define internal tools, data, workflows, and controls needed to support new customer-facing products and features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with ownership of product priorities and independent product decisions.
• Experience with internal products, enterprise systems, CRM, ERP, back-office platforms, or operational tooling.
• Strong product discovery, backlog management, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, or similar operational functions.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to evaluate product problems and outcomes.
• Ability to work independently with engineering and delivery teams without directly managing technical implementation.
