Product Lead

hirify.global is building a full stack B2B SaaS platform of data extraction products.

Overview

We are seeking an innovative and driven Product Lead to spearhead our high-impact Lifecycle team. As the Product Lead, you will be responsible for the outcomes of the Lifecycle team, measured by key product metrics directly connected to ARR. This role involves actively shaping tactics with other product teams.

What you will do

• Drive key product metrics, ensuring direct impact on ARR.
• Innovate and optimize pricing and billing strategies.
• Streamline the signup flow and onboarding processes to enhance user experience.
• Implement strategies to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and develop/execute churn prevention strategies.
• Lead the development and maintenance of all product documentation, oversee backlog prioritization, and manage the roadmap.
• Lead a team of 4 FTEs, and collaborate with Acquisition, Infra, and Scraping APIs teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in a product leadership role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Outcome-focused with a strong drive to achieve strategic goals.
• Data-driven product management and competitive analysis skills.
• Proficiency in validating product hypotheses through quantitative and qualitative research.
• Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with generative AI and its application in improving team and product efficiency.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (Bubble.io, Retool, Airtable, etc.)
• Familiarity with Theory of Constraints.
