What you will do

• Collect, clean, and validate raw data from CRM, finance, and product analytics systems to ensure high-quality foundations.
• Design and maintain visually compelling, intuitive dashboards in Tableau to monitor performance in real-time.
• Translate complex technical datasets into clear narratives and visual stories for business leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and operations to define KPIs and track strategic progress.
• Ensure reliable data pipelines and consistent definitions across the organization.
• Document reporting standards and drive best practices in data visualization and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing complex datasets.
• Expertise in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
• Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Python for advanced analytics and automation.
• Professional certifications in BI tools or data visualization.
• Experience with additional BI visualization software beyond Tableau.

Hiring process
