Salary: $78,084.56–$117,126.84 annual base pay

What you will do

• Research, write, and develop marketing and communications materials for hirify.global Business products and services.
• Present recommendations to marketing leadership or internal committees.
• Review existing and competitive marketing materials to support current projects.
• Serve as a point of contact for department communications materials and liaise with Care and Field Operations.
• Translate business needs into analysis designs and customer, product, and industry insights.
• Create reporting to measure marketing program performance and provide project status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of coursework and relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with communication, data analytics, marketing materials, marketing programs, project management, storytelling, and team collaboration.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as needed.
