Associate, Restaurant Partnerships (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Support Enterprise Account Managers in managing and growing major enterprise and mid-market restaurant partners across New Zealand.
• Build and own client reporting, dashboards, analyses, presentations, and commercial recommendations.
• Drive operational workstreams including menu optimization, project planning, store onboarding, ownership changes, merchant marketing, and custom reporting.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to solve partner problems and keep initiatives moving.
• Prepare for and attend merchant meetings and conferences across Australia and New Zealand.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as management consulting, technology, FMCG, commercial or category management, account management, or analytics.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to turn raw data into clear, defensible commercial insights.
• Strong client relationship-building, structured communication, and organization skills.
• Working understanding of margin, commission, and ROI.
• Proactive ownership, critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
