What you will do

• Lead global study and program clinical teams and improve clinical team efficiency across studies.
• Oversee tracking and analysis of action items, protocol deviations, and clinical communications.
• Review or delegate review of protocols, study designs, informed consent forms, case report forms, and other study documents.
• Apply risk-based quality management principles and support risk monitoring system setup.
• Identify data-related issues and clinical risks with functional leads and sponsors, and support mitigation planning.
• Support study resourcing and oversee the financial health and scope of clinical activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of clinical research experience as a CRA, Clinical Lead, or Project Manager.
• At least 4 years of clinical monitoring or related experience is highly preferred.
• At least 4 years of clinical oversight experience, including management of neuroscience trials; MDD or epilepsy studies are preferred.
• Experience providing guidance, mentoring, and training to Clinical Leads on global studies or clinical programs.
• Expert presentation skills, including bid defense experience.
