What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and banking products.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, customer follow-up, and internal and external partners.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank specialists and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail, business-to-business sales, or relevant military administration, contracting, or civil affairs.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, relationship-building ability, and comfort with online and mobile banking technology.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, and consumer and business deposit products.
• Presentation skills and experience deepening and retaining customer relationships.
