Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Minneapolis, United States

Salary: $75,000–$93,000 annually, inclusive of a 15% bonus

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software and data solutions.
• Build performant full-stack applications using frontend technologies, backend languages, APIs, cloud platforms, and containerized application code.
• Translate business goals and user requirements into actionable technical requirements and software solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve the operational stability, performance, security, and scalability of applications and systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including software designs, test results, technical manuals, recommendations, and reports.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and internal LLM tooling while maintaining code quality, testing, documentation, and security standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant web application development experience.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, XML, JavaScript, and one or more backend languages, API frameworks, and servers.
• Experience with common frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience building and deploying containerized application code.
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with iterative development, Agile methodologies, SAFe, or similar scaled frameworks.
• Curiosity or experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with big data, databases, authentication strategies, security practices, microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
