Location: Remote, with candidates required to live within about one hour of Nashville, Tennessee, or Salt Lake City, Utah, for quarterly in-person offsites.
Salary: Competitive hourly salary with annual bonus potential.

What you will do
- Represent the brand voice when supporting current and prospective customers.
- Manage customer relationships across email, phone, and order management channels.
- Track and monitor customer feedback and interactions accurately.
- Help deliver a kind, anticipatory customer experience for dogs and their pet parents.
- Support agent development across performance metrics, role growth, and career development.
- Develop and lead projects that improve the Canine Care customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Previous experience in customer-centric roles such as retail or food service.
- Strong written and verbal communication, patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Love of dogs and interest in a pet-friendly, fast-moving environment.
- Residence within about one hour of Nashville, TN, or Salt Lake City, UT, with availability for required quarterly in-person offsites.
Nice to have
- Experience with pets or health foods.
- Experience with Gladly or a similar customer experience platform.
