Area Customer Experience Specialist - Flatonia, TX

Location: Flatonia, TX, United States; office-based with travel between local branch locations

What you will do

• Provide coverage across multiple branches, supporting customer transactions and branch banking operations.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily activity.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Support branch colleagues and create consistent customer experiences across changing branch locations.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and dependability for travel between multiple branch locations.
• Must currently be authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Comfort with banking technology, customer service, and financial product guidance.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Experience in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, or presentations.
• Notary licensing; NMLS licensing is available as part of career development.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
