Product UX Team Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of UX designers.
• Translate business goals, monetization strategies, and product roadmaps into scalable, engaging, and high-converting user experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers, Game Designers, UI Leads, Developers, and Technical Artists to align UX direction with product and gameplay objectives.
• Introduce and establish best practices for AI tools across UX workflows, including rapid prototyping and UX exploration.
• Oversee the evolution, maintenance, and scaling of the cross-platform Design System.
• Lead user research activities, including player interviews, usability testing, and behavioral-data analysis.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring UI/UX designers in a fast-paced product environment.
• At least 5 years of professional UX Design experience, including mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience embedding AI tools into daily UX workflows and supporting AI-driven methodologies.
• Experience building, scaling, and managing Design Systems in a product-focused mobile environment.
• Advanced skills in modern UI/UX design tools such as Figma, prototyping, and rapid sketching.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and visual storytelling skills.

• Prior experience in the mobile gaming industry and a strong passion for games.
