Software Engineer (Rust)

What you will do

• Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries for trading, payments, and crypto experiences.
• Develop reusable, testable, efficient code for revenue-critical systems.
• Design resilient, low-latency solutions within large-scale distributed systems.
• Translate product requirements and constraints into appropriate technical systems.
• Debug issues across operating system, network, and application layers.
• Take end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries while mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Rust network services or asynchronous programming.
• Security-first approach to system design.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with product teams.
• Experience taking ownership of systems and contributing to technical culture.
