Salary: $162,000–$202,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Design and defend network security architecture across data centers, corporate, and cloud environments including segmentation, firewalls, and east-west controls at gigawatt scale.
• Build network detection systems including telemetry, flow analysis, and alerting across training fabrics, OT networks, and WAN.
• Harden OT and BMS networks against advanced threats.
• Automate network security controls to ensure new sites inherit the security architecture from day one.
• Own the security program end to end, from bare metal to boardroom, scaling across continents.
• Collaborate with network engineering teams to implement security without obstructing operations.

Requirements

• On-site presence in one of the specified US locations is required.
• Experience securing production networks at scale and proficiency in packet capture analysis.
• Experience designing segmentation for mixed IT, OT, and high-value compute environments.
• Experience deploying and tuning network detection and response (NDR) or flow-based detection systems.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code for firewall rules management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with network engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with OT and ICS security.
• Experience in data center or cloud provider environments.
• Knowledge of BGP and routing security.
• Familiarity with Zeek or Suricata.
