TL;DR
Applied AI Engineer (Agentic AI/TypeScript): Building reusable agentic infrastructure, evaluation and observability systems, and production AI workflows that automate complex residential lettings operations with an accent on reliability, orchestration, and operational integration. Focus on designing memory and context management, coordinating agents and deterministic software, and enabling coding-agent workflows to build and validate production systems.

is building an AI operating system for residential lettings, using operational data and feedback from more than 15,000 properties to automate agency workflows.
What you will do
- Design and build reusable agentic infrastructure for memory, context management, tool calling, orchestration, and feedback loops.
- Develop evaluation, tracing, debugging, and observability systems for production AI workflows.
- Create coding-agent and specialized-subagent workflows that explore repositories, implement changes, review architecture, and validate outputs.
- Design systems that coordinate agents, tools, deterministic software, and human intervention.
- Work with operational and product teams to identify high-value automation opportunities across acquired agencies.
- Influence architectural patterns, tooling, and engineering standards for agentic systems.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience delivering complex systems from concept through production.
- Hands-on experience building AI or agentic systems that have operated in production.
- Practical experience with reliability, latency, failure modes, evaluation, observability, agents, tool use, structured outputs, orchestration, and feedback loops.
- Advanced practical use of modern LLMs and agentic development workflows, including decomposing tasks across specialized subagents and verifying their outputs.
- Experience with TypeScript and Node.js, or strong Python-based AI engineering experience with willingness to work in a TypeScript-first environment.
- Strong architectural judgment, product thinking, autonomy, ownership, communication skills, and fluency in English.
