Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, France (Office-first culture).

Compensation: €30,000 – €150,000 base salary + equity.

What you will do

• Design and implement core product experiences that define how users interact with AI.
• Own critical features end-to-end, from technical design to deployment.
• Lead technical projects with a focus on full-stack architecture and opinionated prioritization.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs and iterate on solutions.
• Build scalable systems that handle increasing complexity while maintaining user simplicity.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from our Paris office as part of our office-first culture.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to work in a small, high-impact team environment.
• Relocation support is available for those moving to Paris.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Terraform, Helm, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience with vector databases like QDrant.
