Senior Site Reliability Engineer - IT

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: USD $103,200–$273,700 per year, with certain roles eligible for bonuses, stock, and other rewards.

What you will do

• Support on-premise infrastructure, SaaS integrations, and cloud environments for internal users.
• Automate infrastructure and develop sustainable systems and services using Infrastructure as Code.
• Identify opportunities to simplify IT operations and collaborate with the wider IT organization.
• Build and maintain monitoring, infrastructure health dashboards, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Provide escalation support for deployed software and IT services and participate in an incident management rotation.
• Communicate technical information to internal customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant technical experience with coding in languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python; equivalent degree-based experience is also accepted.
• At least 3 years of experience managing collaboration or SaaS applications at scale.
• At least 2 years of network administration experience with routers, switches, or firewalls.
• At least 2 years of client platform engineering experience using MDM frameworks such as Jamf or Intune.
• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP, preferably Azure.
• Experience developing automation tools with hirify.global, Python, Bash, Shell scripting, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Experience collaborating with product management, design, and engineering teams on cross-functional projects.
