Senior Director, Product Security (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define and implement the product security strategy in line with the Product Security Mission and Vision.
• Lead a large team of product security engineers across multiple workstreams using agile and lean processes.
• Drive the adoption and maturity of product and application security capabilities across engineering teams and business units.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Engineering leadership and influence product leaders to deliver secure products.
• Manage enhancements to Product Security services and capabilities from concept through production.
• Report security KPIs and promote a Secure-by-Design product engineering culture.

Requirements

• Experience transitioning a security function from a gatekeeper role into a business-enabling function.
• Proven experience leading security initiatives from concept to production.
• Experience leading a product or application security team.
• Practical application security experience as a builder, defender, or breaker.
• Experience with modern DevSecOps tools and processes.
• Ability to translate technical security details into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
