RESPOND Support Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Respond to customer support requests through the hirify.global Customer Portal.
• Explain software features and help customers maximize platform value.
• Support smooth and efficient customer deployments.
• Investigate issues and act as a liaison between customers and the software development team.
• Provide technical support to customer-facing teams during deployments.
• Participate in weekend on-call shifts to maintain 24/7 support coverage.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; extensive training and ongoing support are provided.
• Strong mathematical or scientific background.
• Technical troubleshooting, analytical thinking, prioritization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with data and analytical tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork, adaptability, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Understanding of networking and cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience with support and incident-response procedures.
