What you will do

• Implement hirify.global technology for customers and prospects by integrating infrastructure in various environments
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Sales teams
• Serve as the primary technical contact during pre-sales and post-sales phases
• Recommend new products as customer needs evolve
• Participate in interviewing and growing the Engineering team

Requirements

• Location: Remote, based in or near Tel Aviv preferred
• 4+ years professional backend software engineering experience
• Proficient in Python and SQL
• Technical background with software development or ML model building experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Nice to have

• Experience with ML/data products or services
• Understanding of Machine Learning Ops/Infrastructure
• Experience as a forward-deployed engineer in a high-growth ML startup
