What you will do

• Perform eddy current examinations of materials according to procedures, codes, standards, and specifications.
• Apply NAS-410 Level II methods within their qualified scope and limitations.
• Prepare written inspection instructions and organize and report examination results.
• Coordinate with department managers and clients to determine work scope and priorities.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to trainees while working independently and supporting team members.

Requirements

• NAS-410 Level II ET certification and documentation of relevant education, training, and experience are required.
• Working knowledge of industrial environments and general manufacturing processes.
• Experience with FAA eddy current inspections, including wheel and bolt ET/MT, spar ET, or similar aircraft inspection work.
• Only U.S. Persons may be considered because the role involves access to ITAR-controlled information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and work extended shifts, at heights, in confined spaces, around operating equipment, and with hazardous materials; ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.

Nice to have

• FAA inspection experience and a valid FAA card.
• Additional NAS-410 Level II certifications in PT, MT, UTT, or other NDT methods.
