RPA Developer (UiPath)

Salary: RSD 2,590,000–4,500,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, maintain, and support enterprise RPA solutions.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities, evaluating feasibility, complexity, benefits, and risks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, process owners, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application support teams.
• Provide production support, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot workflow, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Create tests, process and solution design documents, operational runbooks, and support documentation.
• Improve existing automations through process optimization, AI capabilities, orchestration improvements, reusable components, and CoE best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and Document Understanding.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Cloud, Desktop Flows, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure Foundry.
• Strong C# or VB.NET skills for custom activities and Python experience for script integration.
• Expertise with SQL Server stored procedures and views, plus experience building or consuming REST APIs in automation flows.
• Good written and spoken English fluency is required; willingness to work with a distributed international agile team is expected.
