RPA Junior Developer (UiPath): Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining intelligent automation workflows with an accent on UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, workflow logic, and system integration. Focus on deploying and monitoring bots, resolving execution issues, supporting post-deployment improvements, and ensuring automation quality through QA processes.
Location: Chisinau, Republic of Moldova; hybrid work

What you will do
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for robotic process automation.
- Design, develop, and test RPA workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Deploy and monitor bots through UiPath Orchestrator.
- Debug automation issues and provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement.
- Create technical and end-user documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business operations, analysts, and development teams on integration and delivery.
Requirements
- Junior-level development knowledge in one or more of C#, VB.NET, Python, JavaScript, Java, or C/C++.
- Understanding of RPA concepts, development lifecycles, and governance.
- Knowledge of workflow logic, UI selectors, and exception handling.
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Basic knowledge of scripting and web technologies, including HTML and JavaScript.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
