Video Production Manager (Medical Education)

What you will do

• Produce presentation-style and practical medical videos for on-demand educational courses alongside medical experts.
• Plan and coordinate pre-production with Medical Project Managers.
• Manage studio and location shoots and act as the primary production contact on shoot days.
• Own post-production from editing through final review.
• Maintain the in-house studio and its equipment.
• Define visual concepts from learning objectives and coordinate stakeholders throughout the production cycle.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in video production, ideally in education or e-learning.
• Ability to translate learning objectives into strong visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with filming, lighting, and audio recording.
• Structured approach to timelines, stakeholder expectations, and production workflows.
• Clear communication skills, openness to feedback, and consistent quality standards.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
