Experienced Quantitative Researcher (AI)

Location: New York office, United States

Salary: $200,000–$225,000 base salary annually, plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.

What you will do

• Identify competitive advantages and develop quantitative strategies that convert them into actionable trading opportunities.
• Lead a team of quantitative researchers.
• Develop pricing and execution models for high-frequency trading.
• Oversee the deployment of profitable end-to-end systematic trading strategies.
• Collaborate with trading and technology stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in systematic trading.
• Proven track record of profitable high-frequency trading strategies in US cash equities and/or futures markets.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and market microstructure.
• Demonstrated ability to translate modern quantitative methods into profitable trading strategies.
• Experience with large-scale machine learning operations frameworks and high-performance computing.
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholders across trading and technology.
