Quantitative Researcher (Systematic Trading)

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets from diverse sources to form and test hypotheses about market behavior.
• Research and build statistical models for financial instrument valuation and returns.
• Formalize and implement trading strategies and algorithms by solving relevant optimization problems.
• Build robust, scalable quantitative research methods, tools, and platforms.
• Support the full research pipeline, from data extraction and analysis through model calibration and reporting.

Requirements

• Research-oriented academic background in mathematics, machine learning, computer science, physics, or a related quantitative field, equivalent to a research-focused master’s degree or preferably a PhD.
• Strong quantitative research experience in systematic trading, including idea generation, research, deployment, and production analysis.
• Track record of delivering impactful research results.
• Strong programming skills in Python or C++, ideally in both scripting and lower-level languages.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at both high level and technical detail.
