Asset Management Engineer (IBM Maximo): Translating aviation maintenance and asset management requirements into IBM Maximo Application Suite functional designs, configurations, and implementations with an accent on work management, preventive maintenance, testing, and business adoption. Focus on analyzing complex maintenance processes, bridging business and IT stakeholders, validating configurations, and resolving functional issues across Airside, Terminal, Facilities, Security Assets, and Fleet Management.
Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid work environment. EU passport holders only due to client screening requirements.
Salary: €3,600–€5,200 gross per month, including an €800 mobility allowance and 8% holiday allowance, based on a 40-hour workweek.

What you will do
- Analyze aviation maintenance management processes covering Airside, Terminal, Facilities, Security Assets, and Fleet Management.
- Translate business requirements into IBM Maximo functional specifications, user stories, configurations, and technical solutions.
- Support the functional design and implementation of the IBM Maximo Application Suite within an asset information management transformation program.
- Define configuration requirements for work management, asset management, preventive maintenance, workflows, integrations, and related Maximo modules.
- Validate system configurations, support demonstrations and sprint reviews, and assist with defect analysis and functional issue resolution.
- Provide support for system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of IBM Maximo and the ability to translate business needs into Maximo solutions and implementations.
- Understanding of maintenance processes and asset management.
- Strong analytical skills for gathering and translating business requirements into functional designs and configurations.
- Basic experience with application configuration, workflows, integrations, APIs, and testing activities.
- Stakeholder management skills, including workshop facilitation and business-to-Maximo process translation.
- EU passport required for client screening.
