Principal Recruitment Consultant (Fintech)

Salary: US$50,000–US$70,000 per annum plus aggressive uncapped commission

What you will do

• Develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders in the fintech market.
• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships and a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Engage and advise high-performing candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Drive business development, recruitment activity, and revenue performance.
• Use recruitment technology, market insight, and data to improve reach and reduce administration.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role focused on fintech.
• Proven experience building a recruitment desk, winning clients, and managing client and candidate relationships.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with clients and candidates.
• Commercial mindset with experience working toward targets and KPIs.
