IT Application Operation Manager - Internal 100% (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end operation of IT services in line with service level agreements.
• Manage application maintenance and support, including incidents, problems, releases, testing, risks, and documentation.
• Analyze business needs and design, implement, and deploy changes and enhancements with software vendors.
• Implement and test product releases while tracking service dependencies and managing application lifecycles.
• Contribute to projects involving data migrations and impact analysis.
• Act as deputy team head for a larger team primarily based in Zürich.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience as an IT Service Owner, Application Responsible, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server, ETL tools, MS SQL, reporting, and scripting.
• Experience with end-of-day processing, application communication, APIs, and IBM MQ.
• Knowledge of application security, incident/change/release management, ITIL frameworks, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a team head or strong ambition to move into a leadership role.
• Experience in Treasury and Nostro business.
• Additional language skills.
